Taking St(a)lk: How Appreciation Shifts the Negativity Bias

During the season of gratitude, take st(a)lk of what you notice — what you see is what you get, and what you appreciate GROWS! 🌽📈

Nothing looks right here…

When you scan for what’s not right, the whole field looks a mess.

There just isn’t enough.

And what you notice… is more of what you’ll get.

If I look closely, I DO SEE this one!

When there is one good thing and you see it… that’s when the Negativity Bias shifts.

Tend and befriend…

What you nurture responds.

Energy flows where attention goes.

What you water appreciates.

What you appreciate grows!

Small shifts compound.

There’s SO MUCH to be grateful for!

And when the investment appreciates, a HARVEST is what’s left 💫

Appreciation is an investment strategy.
The returns? Pay dividends.

In partnership, in family, and within yourself — what you appreciate grows.

Because the moment appreciation takes the lead, the Negativity Bias flips — and suddenly, the whole field looks different.

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving… or as I like to call it: Appreciation Season — because gratitude doesn’t expire on a date.
