Dearest CouplesTherapy.co Family — The Vine, December came and went and WE DID IT! LET IT IN 🩷 LIGHT IT UP 🪩
Mission accomplished! Launching CouplesTherapy.co in 2025—and everything we’ve created in our first quarter of being live—has been an ongoing dream come true for me. Thank you for being a part of it. Our monthly newsletter and content recap is an opportunity for me to let you—The Vine—in a bit more intimately and share what I’ve been up to and where we’re going. December began with me grieving my little one—yes (you’re aware)—while still FULL of holiday cheer. Then, smack dab in the middle of the month—when my tinsel was tangling and holiday tunes were playing—I received a notice of non-renewal for the upcoming year, completely out of nowhere and with very little time to prepare. It felt like an unexpected snowball straight to the face! Holiday plans canceled. Love Is Fun Mountain mostly a whiteout. The impact? The timing of this newsletter and planned holiday content — shifted. We all missed out a bit when the Grinch stole my Christmas. Lucky for me—and the spirit of Teggy—we’ve got the optimism of Cindy Lou Who and Max on our side — woo hooo! Earlier in December, I learned that a NEW Ball would be dropping in NEW York City on NEW Year’s Eve. Just what I needed 🪩 So, after wiping the snowball from my face, I set my intention: no matter what happened, I would keep my eyes on that big, bright ball and let its spirit of eternal positivity give me something to look forward to. That bright destination—full of infinite light, joy, and beginnings—carried me forward while packing my home into dull-brown boxes. Despite the unexpected twists, turns, and painful moments, I’m navigating it. I’m currently spending time with my sister and her family in Texas and will keep you posted on where I land next. Fortunately, CouplesTherapy.co is an online destination—and we’re open, albeit with a different backdrop. Love Is Fun Mountain is still open too, so keep coming back and experiencing what we have for you! And now, we’re here… The Ball dropped.
